At Navalium we recognize the levels of project management (PM) support can vary significantly from project to project.  Building an efficient PM/customer relationship can range from simply providing a single point of contact for a variety of smaller tasks to a dedicated project management team executing large scale design/build programs.  Our PM philosophy has been developed to adapt to the scope complexity of each project and applies those controls identified by the project team as core functions towards goal advancement.
